This is a separate and very private brand new condominium apartment in a modern minimalist building. Your suite has its own private washroom, private full kitchen and private living space.
When you arrive in the building, you will be greeted by the amazingly friendly concierge staff behind a funky modern glossy white desk with a modern chandelier floating above. They are extremely helpful and will make every effort to cater to any concerns or questions you might have.
The suite features modern warm materials with wide plank walnut floors, a large natural leather sofa which sleeps one, granite and marble counter tops, and stone tile flooring. The bed is a modern low platform QUEEN-sized bed finished in maple / birch with integrated custom bed side counter space to rest your cell phone, laptop, a good book, a glass of water and any other personal items you need access to.
Fresh linens are always provided including fresh sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers. The maximum capacity for this suite is 3 people.
Premium Analogue Cable is provided for your convenience on your LCD HDTV as well as Unlimited High speed internet with WIFI. The password is provided for you in the suite as well as instructions on how to reset the modem and router for your convenience.
The washroom is a modern 4pc washroom with a deep soaker tub. It's ideal for bath lovers, and those who like bubbles baths. The tiles on the wall are modern subway tiles, and the shower space is spacious and clean. Complimentary essentials are included such as quality shampoo, conditioner, and various body washes. Fresh luxurious hotel quality towels are always provided, as well as a hair dryer, iron and even an umbrella for your convenience. The sink is made of luxurious carrera marble and you'll have plenty of counter space to store your personal bathroom essentials.
Floor to ceiling windows span across an entire wall which pours light into your living space. It's very bright during the day and creates an environment that's light and airy. The sliding glass doors lead out to your private glass balcony and is not shared only to be separated by a wall like most condos. This balcony is completely yours. GORGEOUS VIEWS of the CN Tower to the east and the Toronto skyline to your left. We love the view, and we're not the only ones who feel this way.
Modern hotel style lamps are located on either side of your bed, to provide a soft reading light for your convenience. There is also another identical lamp next to the natural black leather sofa if you decide to curl up with on the lounge sofa. All lamps are equipped with energy efficient bulbs which create an incredibly ambient environment during the evenings, and are also great for the environment.
The full chef's kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances finished in black gloss. The modern oven has 4 glass cook surface burners. The microwave has a built in exhaust fan with high and low settings, however we encourage guests to open the sliding glass door slightly for increased ventilation when cooking. The full sized fridge is brand new and ice cold with plenty of storage. It still has plastic wrapped in the interior. For your convenience, we include brand new plates, dishes, bowls, glasses, mugs, cutlery, cooking utensils, and oils, salt, seasonings. Complimentary champagne awaits your arrival, as well as free bottled water and free snacks for your convenience.
Check in is 3pm. Check out is 11am. We want you to enjoy your stay. Please be respectful of your neighbors, and keep noise to a minimum during the evening hours after 11pm. Some guests are here for work and business related stays, and need to get up early in the mornings. Your co-operation is appreciated.
King West is the best area in Toronto for entertainment. Best known for its upscale restaurants, classy bars, modern lounges, sophisticated nightclubs and social patios. Its streets are draped in sky high modern architecture and has been compared to the Soho neighborhood in New York. This area is one of the most active nightclub and bar scenes in Toronto. The Thompson Hotel located at 550 Wellington Street West has become a popular landmark. The area is especially popular with young urban professionals, both singles and couples, who desire an urban lifestyle. King West Village now has the added cache of being the host neighborhood for the Toronto International Film Festival which takes place annually in September. This festival attracts mega-stars to premiere screenings and creates a buzz throughout the whole neighborhood and the entire city. King West is only a few minutes away by public transportation and is about a 15 minute walk. The Molson Amphitheater and adjoining echo beach hosts the best concerts year round and is only a 10 minute walk. Its located in Ontario Place which is also a Toronto Landmark. There is an indoor heated / air conditioned waiting area for public transit at your doorstep.
Closer to home, Metro supermarket can be seen from your doorstep. A massive 24 hour supermarket, it also serves ready to eat prepared meals at all hours. Next to Metro, unique specialty restaurants and cafes surround the immediate area including Starbucks, specialty pizza shops, liquor and beer stores, hair salons, spas, yoga studios, specialized fitness and training gyms, smoothie shops, ice cream and frozen yogurt parlors, tanning salons, and dozens more. In the summer, there is a farmer's market in the park right beside you. These are literally a 30 second walk from your doorstep. There are also 2 amazing rooftop patios that surround either side of the building that offer an incredible outdoor evening experience -- Brazen Head & Williams Landing.
Downtown parking is available is available upon request. Private underground secured parking is 10 nightly. Public parking lots are across the street , the rates vary and are posted on the payment station. A city street parking permit can be obtained by copying and pasting these words in google: Temporary on-street permit parking . The City of Toronto rates are approximately $22 /week, $14 / two nights , $10/ nightly and are subject to availability.
