This is a separate complete apartment located on the PENTHOUSE TOP floor of a renovated Victorian Commercial space. Your suite has it's own private washroom, private kitchenette, private staircase and private living space.

The open concept suite features vintage commercial hardwood married with high ceilings, new glass, metal and wood materials. The bed is a modern black ash low platform queen bed which sleeps 2 people. Tucked under the bed is a hidden air mattress which also sleeps 1 if required, The total maximum capacity is 3 guests total.

It boasts 2 large windows, and 2 huge soaring skylights which pours natural light into your suite making it bright and airy. The suite also has a self contained private staircase. For your privacy, the door on the lower level locks, making your private staircase only for your personal use.

For your safety, and for insurance and liability reasons, no flames & no smoking please. Premium Analogue Cable is available on your HUGE 60 INCH LCD HDTV as well as Unlimited High speed internet with WIFI for your convenience. Please ask your host for the wifi password.

The washroom is a modern 4 pc washroom with, generous countertop space to accommodate your personal items. A LARGE SKYLIGHT pours light throughout the entire bathroom space giving you OPEN SKY VIEWS inside the shower, making it feel like an outdoor shower.. Complimentary essentials are included such as quality shampoo, conditioner, and various body washes. Fresh luxurious hotel quality towels are always provided, as well as a hair dryer, iron & even an umbrella for your convenience.

During the evenings, an incredibly ambient environment can be created with the dimmable halogen pot lights. Dimming the lights really accent the artwork and furnishings, and is also great for the environment. The full Stainless Steel kitchenette is designed to look like a bar when not in use. If you do decide to cook, there is everything you need for you to prepare a meal including ; a stainless steel compact fridge, stainless steel microwave, black glass induction portable hidden cook surface, restaurant quality stainless steel frying pans, smoothie blender, brand new plates, dishes, bowls, glasses, mugs, cutlery, cooking utensils, and oils, condiments, seasonings, ect. Check in is 3pm. Check out is 11am. We want you to enjoy your stay. Please be respectful of your neighbors especially above and below you, and keep noise to a minimum during the evening hours after 11pm. The St. Lawrence Market is a must see for anyone with a passion for food, over 200 specialty vendors and over 10,000 square feet. It's located only a few blocks away or a 10 minute walk.
