We rent the full house with fully furnished guests accommodation. Star hotel quality modern, very clean and well equip house. This 3500 sq-ft luxury brand new house located in Woodbridge Vaughan Ontario Canada. Just 20 mins away from Toronto airport.

The Space
Just 10 km North of Toronto and only 25 mins driving distance from Toronto downtown. Quick access to all major highways such as (phone number hidden) min away from highway 400). Walking distance to Canada's wonderland, super markets, grocery stores, drug stores, shopping centers, banks, lots of restaurants, bars, 24/7 all kind of fast food stores, 24/7 gym, parks, playgrounds, gas stations and all other amenities just in the corner.

Guest Access
The kitchen has everything that you will need to prepare a banquet. It features high efficiency full stainless steal appliance (fridge, electric stove with oven, dish washer and microwave). Also features with small appliance (rice cooker, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, ice maker, freezer, mixer, grinder and etc.). The kitchen also has lots of cabinets for easy-access for pantry items and it is stocked with many utensils (everyday dishes, glassware, silverware, knives, pots and pans and lots of cooking items).

The dining area comfortably seats 8 people. The spacious living room with large fireplace features full set of leather sofas sets and extra chairs to provide a very relaxing environment. Also 60' led TV subscribed with more than 75 channels, DVD player, PlayStation, stereo system, home theater system and many more.

Beautiful 4 bedrooms has individual closets and own bathrooms. The bedrooms have 4 queen size beds comfortable for 6 to 8 sleeps. Each bedroom has nice and soft mattress with cotton bed set, extra pillows, comforters, blankets and etc. Very large master bedroom washroom with full size stand-up shower also Jacuzzi hot tab.

Huge size beautiful back deck comfortable for more than 10 people to sit for chit chat and smoke. Medium size balcony (2) at front of the house enough for 4 people to sit and drink coffee or smoke.

Interaction with Guests
Guests can call me or text me 24/7 and I don't live far from the houses. So I will be at the house if they needed something.

The Neighbourhood
Very quite neighborhood with million dollar houses around. I have added some pictures of the street. This houses located at one of the richest neighborhood in Ontario.

Getting around
TTC bus (Toronto Transit Commission) just 3 mins walking distance to this house. This bus can talk you even Toronto downtown.
