We are very close to the Fashion District, Entertainment District, CN Tower, Financial District, Ontario & Exhibition Place, and Beautiful High Park’s South Entrance. Please note that Street Car (Tram) runs on King St. (Stop steps away) and Queen St. (5 minutes walk) into Downtown core 24 hours a day. ----------------FEATURES OF THE HOUSE------------------------------------- -The Lakeview Suite has Wireless Internet, Cable TV (Over 100 Channels). -This Suite is situated on top of the building with fantastic lake view from the living room, kitchen, second bedroom, and private balcony. -It is furnished with fine furniture and antiques. It is brand new from A to Z. - The Master bedroom is approximately 500 sf and is comprised of two areas; one is master bedroom, the other is private tower lounge with a fireplace and TOWER. The Master bedroom new firm queen size mattress is Organic cotton; the sheets are high thread count cotton sheets, Ralph Lauren Pillows and Egyptian cotton towels. -Second bedroom has double bed with Clear Lake view. -Open Concept kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, solid oak counter top with random blend natural mosaics + the entire utensil for gourmet cooking and Coffee machine -We supply High quality Egyptian cotton towels and linens at no charge.
Check in: The person who booked the apartment must be present at the time of check in. No sublet is allowed. We require valid id/passport for identification. We reserve our rights to deny hand over the keys if the principal(The person who booked the apartment) is not present.
