Bed & Fireplace & Private Bathroom

Spacious apartment in a modern house with its own European culture and friendly atmosphere. You can expect a warm welcoming and warm fireplace.

You'll be in a private mid-sized private room with a large closet, chest and its own shower and toilet. The bed is queen sized and has a active-response coil mattress that comfortably fits a couple.

Sheets, towels, shampoo, soap and shower gel are all included. Hair dryer free to use.

Besides your private rooms, you'll have access to the second bathroom, a bigger one, which is shared with us. You'll also have a full access to the large kitchen/living room with dining table, couch and fireplace. You can comfortably use your laptop there. If you're musician, you can play the piano/keyboard.

Kitchen, utensils, spices, coffee and coffee maker free to use. You can either wash your dishes or use the dishwasher.

Laundry is on-site, just about 50 meters far away from our house. We will provide you with the key upon request.

We will interact with you as much as you want. We can either have a wine together, or we can just accommodate you and leave you alone. It's up to you.

The house is situated in a very safe and quiet area. The Earlscourt Park is not even 5mins walk away. There are restaurants, night life, grocery stores and malls, all in walking distance. And it's just 30mins to the downtown by TTC.

- Lansdowne Subway St. .... 5mins
- Downtown ......................... 20-30mins
- Pearson Int. Airport .......... 50mins

There are free parking places behind the house.

And you can also park directly on the street in front of the house, however the following city rules apply:
"Stopping is prohibited from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., Monday to Friday, on the west side of Lansdowne Avenue and from 4:00 p.m to 6:00 p.m, Monday to Friday, on the east side."
