We accommodate guests with an affordable and private longer term and/or corporate/executive housing stays.

Located in a Victorian home on a quiet tree lined street across from a park that has a community garden and tennis courts in the trendy Junction Triangle. Vibrant, new and up and coming area. A safe community for singles and families. Walkable, well lit and convenient. There are TTC bus stops steps away. Less than a 1-minute walk to Bus #168 (3 minutes to the Dundas Street West Station) or a short walk to the subway and a mere 20 minutes from Toronto’s vibrant downtown.

The Living Space: The open space has a pull out sofa bed, 43” flat screen TV, high speed wireless internet, music docking/charging station and an office area to get some work done or catch upon emails. The Kitchen: Is fully equipped with a stainless steel fridge/freezer, ceramic cook-top, range, dishwasher, coffeemaker, french press, toaster, electric kettle, pots, pans, oven dishes, serving platters, restaurant quality plate ware, bowls, cutlery, glassware, cups, knives, cutting boards, cooking utensils, tea towels, napkins and place mats. Everything for the novice and gourmand!

Kitchen Extras: Upon Arrival: bottles of water, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, assorted teas, sugar, cleaning supplies, laundry soap and dishwashing liquid.

The Bathroom: Spa inspired, large walk in shower, dual flush toilet, floating sink and vanity, stocked with clean bath sheets, towels, hairdryer and toiletries (incase anything is forgotten).

The Bedroom: A queen sized bed, 800 thread count cotton sheets, feather down duvet and pillows, an upholstered head board to comfortably read, large wardrobe with extra bed linens in light grey, dark purple or taupe, blankets and tons of clothing storage space and hangers.

The Entrance: Keyless pad entries for ease and convenience. Laundry on property, space to store your luggage, entry hall wardrobe has all the Toronto Info to help you navigate the city.
