Large room is 175 square feet, Sunny Room is 122 square feet. In addition there is an apartment entrance, kitchen, and bathroom (not inlcuded in the measurenment above).

Apartment is centrally located - steps from the subway and bus, about 10-15 minute walk to Grand Central, Times Square or Madison Square, and about 5 minutes to the United Nations Plaza. A beautiful St.Vartan's Park is steps away.

It's a 3rd floor walk-up - no elevator. There is a full kitchen with new appliances, stocked with supplies.
