Rental Details
68 street and Central Park west ( just half block walk to central park and subway 1 train is 2 minutes walk away) newly furnished 2bedroom apartment with all new furniture, newly renovated kitchen cabinet and new appliance.
This apartment has just been renovated last month and the kithcen has new Microwave, toster, new stove and oven, new fridge, dishes, pots and pans and coffee maker.
The apartment is super sunny ( althought the photo is taken at night when we just finished assembly the furniture and first client moved right in) , once you enter there is a dinning area on the right with a set of table and chairs for 4 people and on the left there is kitchen, bathroom and a coat closet.
Right after you walk thru the entrance there is the living room with a 32 inches large TV and Samsung instant streaming media and internet setup on the TV cabinet.
you will find a set of off white sofa bed and coffee table set up on a rainbow rug on the other side
A beautiful 5 light linear crystal chanderlier is mounted right outside the set of french glass door facing the living room.
In side the first bedroom there are a double bed in expresso brown with large under bed storage drawers, a tall wardrobe next to the desk. This bedroom is very sunny because there are 2 large windows.
The other bedroom has a floor to ceiling closet, a double bed and a desk and chairs set.
this neigbhorhood is full of shopping and great restaurants, you will find movie theatre and Department store Century 21 down the block and there are great french bakery cafe like Le Pain Quotidien and starbuck and Bed bath and beyond within 2 to 3 blocks walking distance.
The Rooftop bar at Empire hotel has free Jazz performance in the summer and it is wonderful place to catch a look of the new york skyline or grab a drink near the columbus circle.
