Quiet, modern and bright studio apartment with Murphy bed (full size - double bed - Doppelbett) and separate, full kitchen (coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, stove), balcony and 42-inch flat screen TV in the heart of the Upper West Side of Manhattan on beautiful, quiet tree lined street. 1.5 blocks to the bus and subways B, C and 1, the best restaurants, high-end shopping, one block from Central Park and in walking distance to Museums, Flea Markets, Lincoln Center and trendy Bars and Clubs. There are fantastic restaurants in my neighborhood, yummy food for modest prices with great ambiance. What more could you ask for ... Clean linens and towels will be provided as well as hair shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer and a flat-iron. Air conditioning, heat, high-speed internet and TV is also included. To address common questions: Yes, there is a separate bedroom. But the apartment is NOT a share. When you book my apartment it is yours for the entire rental period. I have also received requests regarding smoking in the apartment and on the terrace. My answer as follows: Apartment and building, to include outside terraces, entrance and common spaces are strictly non-smoking. Please keep this in mind. If you smoke please do not request my apartment. I am allergic to cigarettes. The apartment will be clean with fresh linens and towels when you arrive. Cleaning service is available for an additional $50.00, but you are welcome to clean up yourself before you leave, just indicate what you prefer at time of booking. Thank you.
