The apartment is also perfect for single travelers, couples, and vacation reunions. The neighborhood is one of the safest in the city, and is filled with young professionals and families. Located on the ground floor, this apartment has no steps, making it easy to get in and out.

Wake up and look outside at the beautiful view of the Chrysler Building. Grand Central Station is just a short walk away, giving you access to some of the city's best shopping, and restaurants. While you're there, be sure to go to the famous food hall and check out such landmark New York City eateries such as Magnolia Cupcakes, Two Boots pizza, and Zabar's. You can also catch the subway here, including the shuttle to Times Square.

The kitchen is well-equipped for making meals, and includes pots, pans, an array of cooking utensils, a microwave and dishes. All your guests will receive a set of fresh clean sheets and towels and extra pillows and blankets. Everyone will enjoy the heat, air conditioning, free wifi, and TV with hundreds of channels of cable programs and music.

The living room has a large TV, comfy sofa that becomes a bed, and an eclectic mix of artwork. There is seating for five people. The maximum number of guests permitted is six.

There is a bed in the bedroom. In the living room is a sofa that becomes a comfortable bed. We can also provide you with two deluxe air mattresses with an electric pump.

The apartment is within easy walking distance of Bryant Park, Madison Square Park, Rockefeller Center, and the Flatiron. Grand Central Station is 3 blocks away. Central Park, Times Square, and the Theater District are also close.

The nearest subway is at 34th St. and Park Ave. or Grand Central Station. There are many buses in the neighborhood. The Lexington Ave. bus runs frequently and is less than a minute walk from the apartment.

The nearest airport is La Guardia. You can also fly into JFK or Newark.

If you would like to take the train, Grand Central Station is three blocks away. Penn Station is also close. You can catch the Shuttle from Penn Station to Grand Central Station and never even have to walk above ground.
