This is a nice one bedroom apt. in the Lower East Side of NYC. This apt. has a full kitchen, nice hardwood floors, and AM sunlight thru bedroom windows, and if you do not like sun light, I also have black out curtains. Access to the fire escape gives a nice view of the Williamsburg bridge and city. The apartment is max 20 to 30 min. from everywhere in the city thru train. This apt. is close to everything: dozens of bars (pub), lounges, restaurants, parks, and art galleries. The apt. is 3 blocks from: fire department, police department, 2 blocks from train station. Also 3 blocks from 24hr pizza, 24hr McDonald's, 24hr. Rite Aid Pharmacy, 24hr grocery store and 24hr Dunkin Donuts. There is also a supermarket around the corner. The bedroom also has a king size bed that can fit three people.

Price includes: 42" flat screen TV, cable tv. , high-speed internet (wire less or ethernet), surround sound DVD system with IPOD dock. Full sized and twin sized Automatic Aero air bed. COUCH IS NOT A PULL OUT. The couch will not convert into a sleeping bed. However i do provide 2 twin sized automatic inflate and deflate Aero beds. P.S. Although smoking and pets are allowed the apartment is cleaned and refreshed after every stay, so there are no lingering smells.
