The apartment is truly charming. It is located on the first (parlor) floor, and has hardwood floors, high ceilings, marble fireplace mantle and exposed brick. It has a very open floor plan, with french doors leading to the bedroom. The details in the place make it truly unique and charming. It is a complete apartment with full kitchen and bath. The bathroom was recently renovated, and has a jacuzzi tub.
The couch is super comfortable & it has a queen size convertible bed! There is a Queen size bed in the bedroom. The place Sleeps a total of 4 comfortably.
Located in the Bedstuy/ Clinton Hill neighborhood of Downtown Brooklyn, directly across the street from the C Train & S Shuttle. 2 blocks from the A Express train & the Long Island Railroad and near all major bus lines. We are 1.4 miles from Pratt Art Institute.
Close to shopping, grocery, laundry, dry cleaning, pharmacy, theaters and tourist attractions including The Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn Academy of Music, Brooklyn Botanical Garden, Brooklyn Public Library, Prospect Park and even just a subway ride to Coney Island.
Also in the neighborhood are tons of cafes & restaurants like these: Outpost Lounge,Kush Cafe, Joloff, Choice Market, Nice Pizza & Heavenly Crumbs Bakery.
