Fantastic Private Room in Chinatown

You're invited to stay in my guests' room in my brand new condo apartment with an elevator and door intercom. The subway is at a 8 minutes walk and you'll be in heart of Chinatown, very close to many attractions!

The Space

Room (2 windows): 1 queen size bed and 1 closet.

Kitchen (shared): 1 fridge, 1 microwave, 1 stove w/oven, 1 coffee maker, 1 toaster, 1 kettle and all utensils you normally find in a kitchen!

Bathroom (shared): small but enough!

Other Things to Note

The apartment is at a walking distance to the Brooklyn Bridge (10 mins), Soho (5 mins), 9/11 Memorial (25 mins), Wall Street (20 mins) and Battery Park (40 mins), from where you can take a ferry to the Statue of Liberty.

House Rules

- No Overnight Guests: Zero tolerance. Only residents of the apartment are allowed in the apartment

- No Smoking Inside: according to NYC Laws we can't smoke inside

- Be quiet: Respect when others need it quiet: keep noise levels down and be respectful with the neighbors who are willing to have a quiet day or night at home just like you!

The Neighborhood

Overview

When you take a walk in the area you’ll feel as though you’ve entered not just a different country but a different continent. Streets are lined with stands selling exotic foodstuffs such as live eels, square watermelons and hairy rambutans besides cheap jewelry and 99 cents shops.

Besides the typical Italian Restaurants on Mulberry Street which just one block from the apartment, you’ll find restaurants representing the cuisine of virtually every province of mainland China and Hong Kong, plus Indonesian, Malaysian, Thai and Vietnamese eateries and shops. As Chinatown — New York City's largest Asian community — continues to grow, it merges with neighboring Little Italy and the Lower East Side!

Getting Around

You have 2 options:

a) East Broadway Subway Station: This is F train (orange line) which is located at East Broadway Street and Rutgers Street and it's just a 8 minutes walk from the apartment. This line can take you directly to Bryant Park, Rockefeller Center and 5th Avenue, for example. Remember that I'm talking about "direct" connections but virtually you can go anywhere by subway!

b) M15 Bus: It is just on the corner of Catherine St and Madison St and it's right on the corner. It will take you all the way up on 1st Avenue to 125th Street. On the way back, it's pretty simple as well. You can take it anywhere on 2nd Avenue and it will take you again all the way down to the Catherine Street stop.
