All the wonderful Pagosa Springs activities,(hiking, swimming, golf, skiing, hunting, soaking in the springs, shopping, etc.) are just minutes away, but you may be too relaxed to even leave the cabin!The backyard is fenced to keep in your welcome pets, and also for your peace of mind while being so close to the water in case you have young children vacationing with you.The view is gorgeous in any season, even winter, with the lake frozen over. You can ice-skate, cross-lake ski, or even ice-fish. Many of the locals decorate for the holidays right out on the ice behind their homes! It's beautiful! World-class Wolf Creek ski area is only 30 min. away, or enjoy cross-country skiing on the nearby Golf Course.

Sleeping arrangements include a semi-private master loft with a queen bed, private bath and dressing area, and a bedroom downstairs with a queen bed. A fully-equiped kitchen, another bath, a lovely living area and a gas-burning stove, and a 2-car garage full of fishing gear all await you on the floor level.There is wireless internet in the house.THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY!A pet may be allowed with prior approval and an additional pet deposit.You also have access to the Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center for a small fee.
