There is a full bath off the master, plus a half bath downstairs and another full bath upstairs. For additional sleeping, there is also a full size sleeper sofa in the loft where the bunk beds are and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room downstairs. This unit also has a wood-burning fireplace to make it more cozy. We do not provide wood, but it can be purchased at the grocery stores nearby or ask Team Pagosa for local delivery person.The unit has recently been totally remodeled and has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and new window treatments.

There is a 42" HD flat screen in the living room with DVD and a 32" HD flat screen in the loft with DVD.
