This beautiful private guest house sits directly on Lake Pagosa and has wonderful views of the main lake and a large back deck and dock. While renting the guest house, the main house will not be occupied, providing privacy during your stay. It has 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath, a washer/dryer, a small fully equipped kitchen and living room. There is a sofa sleeper and TV in the living room.On the lake side of the house is a large deck with its own dock for relaxing, fishing or just enjoying the views. Deck has outdoor seating and a propane grill.You also have access to the Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center for a small fee. This facility provides a weight & exercise machine room, indoor swimming pool & hot tub, raquetball and basketball courts. Ask us for details.This guest house is only available during the off-season times.
