Beautiful Villa with Cottage

Beautiful fully-furnished 2,700 sq. ft. home sits directly on Lake Pagosa and has wonderful views of the main lake and a large back deck and dock. The home has 3 bedrooms upstairs in the main house, two of which have one queen bed each and the third has two queens in it, plus a large master bath and additional full bath. There is an adjoining guest quarters that has 1 bedroom with a queen bed and another full bath, plus a small kitchen and living room. There is a sleeper sofa in the guest quarters as well. On the main level of the main house is a lovely living room with picture windows that look directly out to the lake, nice dining area, gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and large walk-in pantry, laundry area and 1/2 bath. There is also a queen sleeper sofa sleeper in the living room for additional sleeping.

There are two TV's, one in the living room and one in the Master that are on satellite and have TIVO. There is an additional TV in the guest quarters side. A sound-proof French door can separate the main house from the guest side if desired. Deck has outdoor seating and a propane grill.You also have access to the Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center for a small fee.
