There is a king in the master bedroom, a queen in the 2nd bedroom upstairs and two doubles in the third bedroom upstairs, plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

The gourmet kitchen is large with granite countertops and fully equipped with a dishwasher and microwave. There is also a washer/dryer.The large deck offers 180 degree mountain views. It is truly one of the nicest properties in town! There is also a beautiful hot tub on the back deck. A charcoal barbeque is available in the garage for your use.You also have access to the Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center for a small fee. This facility provides a weight & exercise machine room, indoor swimming pool & hot tub, raquetball and basketball courts.
