VIEW VIRTUAL TOURSLEEPS 14This is a large home with great views and located in a very nice neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants, golf course, etc. On the main level (upstairs) is a master bedroom with a king bed and oversized chair that folds into a twin size bed and another guest bedroom that has a queen bed. The master bedroom has it's own full bathroom and there is a separate shared bathroom near the guest bedroom. Also on the main floor is the kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry room and shared full bathroom. The raised back porch with seating and gas barbeque is accessed from the kitchen. There is a TV in the master bedroom, guest bedroom and also in the living room (with a Blu-Ray player).

Downstairs (ground floor) has another guest bedroom with a queen bed and desk, a shared full bathroom and a family room with a queen sofa sleeper and another TV and Blu-Ray player. Also on the ground floor is a bunk room with 4 queen built-in bunk beds and a full bathroom. In this room there is a pool table and TV as well! There is a wood-burning fireplace in the upstairs living room and a second one in the family room downstairs. There are a total of 4 full baths in the house and in the downstairs bath there is a dry sauna and jacuzzi tub.The downstairs bunk/game room and bathroom was justed added on to this beautiful home!!There is a high chair and pack & play in the house for families to use which are stored in the master bedroom closet.

The house has wireless internet. It also has a 3 car garage of which 2 are available for guest use.You also have access to the Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center for a small fee. This facility provides a weight & exercise machine room, indoor swimming pool & hot tub, raquetball and basketball courts.
