Beautiful fully-furnished 1,920 sq. ft. home sits directly on Lake Pagosa and has wonderful views of the main lake and a large back deck and dock. The home has 3 bedrooms upstairs, two of which have one queen bed each and the third has two queens in it, plus a large master bath and additional full bath.On the main level is a lovely living room with picture windows that look directly out to the lake, nice dining area, gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and large walk-in pantry, laundry area and 1/2 bath. There is also a queen sleeper sofa sleeper in the living room for additional sleeping. There are two TV's, one in the living room and one in the Master that are on satellite and have TIVO. The large deck, perfect for get togethers, has seating and a propane grill.If you need more room, we can open up the house to include a guest quarters with an additional bedroom, bath, small kitchen and living room area. This will allow sleeping for 4 more people.
