There is a large double garage on the street level (with 1 side open for guests to use) and upstairs is a large wrap-around deck that surrounds the living room with wood stove, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a full bath and large utility room. This home sleeps 6 in 3 queen beds (1 in each bedroom) and also has a blow-up bed that can sleep two more, if wanted.Upstairs is a loft with a large master bedroom and another bath. The front picture windows have a nice view of the valley with some mountains in the distance. There is wireless internet in the home and cable TV.You also have access to the Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center for a small fee.
