•This house is victorian british style, with big size windows. this area is perfect for visitors and professionals.
•The property and local area operated a secure CCTV system.
•There are our family walking by few minutes so you do not feel overly concerned about being entirely alone, we are very polite too. •We live in this flat with our small lovely doggy Yorkshire terrier.

Large Size Bathrooms and toilets: 1 shower/bathtube and a w/c.

BREAKFAST:

In room provided Basic Mini-Breakfast: Tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, cup, spoon. mini-fridge and kettle.

CHECK-INN:

Check-in time is at 3:00 pm (Please contact me first, if you will request early or late check-inn)
Requests for LATE CHECK-INN after 8:00 pm until 8:00 am for extra price £20 (no returned).
On arrival, please hand over the personal documents (passports or IDs) of all guests for registration; please give the owner a copy of the booking form.

CHECK-OUT:

Check-out time at 10:00 am. FREE early Check-out. On the day of departure, the guests have to leave the accommodation the latest at 10:00 am, in order that the owners have time to prepare it for the next guests arriving.
The guests have the obligation to leave the accommodation in the same condition as they found it, tidy and undamaged. You stay in the room after 11.00 hours is charged as additional day.
