Very nice studio flat with the small garden no sharing!! will suit for 2 person + 2 extra folding single beds ( for additional guests ) situated in private family house
The apartment is charged per night for 2 guests as a base rate.
Any additional guest is charged £20 on top of the base rate including children.
(sorry this flat is not suitable for babies or small children under 7 , if children will be traveling with you please email me before booking)

400m Imperial wharf station
5 min walk to Stamford bridge ( Chelsea football club)
Walking distance to river Thames , 5 min from Chelsea Harbor many restaurants like " Blue Elephant" and bars overlooking on river Thames
30 min walk to Chelsea bridge
9 min by train to London's largest Westfield shopping center
4.4 mi from Trafalgar sq/ Big Ben
There is many buses to central London
few supermarkets just few min away
Flat is fully furnished with everything you need for short stay:
unlimited Wi-fi , TV/DVD
fresh Bed-linen and towels,
washing machine, good size fridge freezer, microwave, fully equipped kitchen
toiletries/ soaps , small Hair Dryer, toilet rolls, tea, coffee, biscuits, min water and other essentials will be there on arrival
( wine and fruits for festive booking only )
private outdoor space ( non smoking) smoking only outside driveway.
I charge extra £20 for checking in/out from 23.00 - 6.30am
Late check out till 18.00 -extra £10 -£20 subject to availability of the flat.
we can arrange to meet you /pick you up/ drop from any airport £35-£75
(IT HAS TO BE BOOKED IN ADVANCE)
£150 returnable deposit required on arrival in cash.
Alternative currencies are accepted to the equivalent value.
Refundable on departure
cleaning fee £35 heed to be paid on arrival

there is plenty free parking in the evenings and Sundays. There is no free parking weekdays till 5pm , during the weekdays there are parking meters 9-5pm
I have 2 flats next to each other so we can accommodate party of 6 but it's subject to availability. you can email me to check if both flats is available in same time.
