Cozy Apartment in Kuzguncuk

This apartment is one of the two units in a traditional Ottoman house. The house was renovated in 2010 with impeccable attention to detail. The apartment consists of a modern kitchen, and a bathroom on the basement. The first floor has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed and a toilet. The house is located in Kuzguncuk. This is a unique area with historical structures, well-preserved buildings, and beautiful nature. This apartment is in a peaceful location isolated from the hustle of the city, while still providing easy access to the main sites.

The apartment can be easily reached by taxi from Ataturk and Sabiha Gokcen airports. Depending on the traffic the trip from both airports could take 25-40 minutes. From Kuzguncuk (or from Uskudar, which is 5 minutes away by bus) one can reach Besiktas in a 10 minute ferry ride where Dolmabace Palace is located. In a 15 minute ferry ride one can arrive at Eminonu from which Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia, and the Blue Mosque can be accessed easily. The ferry station is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. The ferry ride is probably the most pleasant way to commute in Istanbul. Of course other means of transportation (bus, taxi, etc.) are also available. Crossing the bridge and reaching the European side is very easy from this area.
