Cosy Single Room With Terrace

Please enjoy your stay in this relaxing and spacious flat in the heart of the charming and friendly neighborhood Beşiktaş. Beşiktaş is a central, vibrant but not noisy neighborhood; 8 min walk from the central market and seaside, with a great selection of cafes, restaurants, bars, local shops. It is famous for its Fish Market during the day.

This is a 210 m2, fully furnished and fully equipped duplex flat on the 5th floor of a building. There are two bedrooms, one kitchen and one bathroom at each floor.
This floor holds a huge terrace, a bathroom, a kitchen, one single and one double bedroom.

The stairs to the upper floor is from the living room downstairs. Therefore, the living room is a shared area for all the residents of the duplex flat.
The entrance of the flat is a common entrance; all the guests use the same entrance on the floor downstairs.

You can chill out in the huge living room and read our various selections of magazines and books. You can watch movies on the TV. You can also savor the moments in front of the fireplace. There is just a lot to do in this flat.

A short walk of 10 minutes leads you to the ferry ports, the bus stop and other major transportation vehicles. From the ferry ports, in 5 minutes, you can end up in the Asian part of Istanbul. With a bus, in 10 minutes you can find yourself in Taksim or in Levent (the business area of the city and the best shopping malls with lots of high street brands and movie theaters). Local supermarkets and the local bazaar (every Saturday! fresh fruits, vegetables and also clothing!) is just a couple of minutes away.

It is only 15 minutes away to the picturesque Yildiz Park, which is one of the largest urban parks in Istanbul. Here you can enjoy the spectacular view of Istanbul with a picnic bag. Just 5 minutes walking distance to Abbasağa Park, 3 minutes to World Peace Park and Ihlamur Pavillion, you can take a deep breath of oxygen and relax in this green district.
This makes it the perfect spot for a visitor to the city to stay.

This cute room on the second floor of this duplex flat contains functional furniture such as a very comfy single bed, a wardrobe with a hanger inside, study desk and chair, a desk lamp, a drawer unit, a bedside lamp and a cosy seating. This bed has a base where you can put away your big loads of baggage. The major feature of this room is the access to the terrace. This floor holds a 40 m2 terrace with an open city and park view with a reception of direct sunlight. The terrace includes a table and chairs and a barbeque. You can have breakfast and dinner here; spend your day while enjoying your coffee and the sunset and read. The terrace is shared only with the bedroom next door.

Internet/wifi is available. All of the bills are included in the price (electricy/water/internet/gas).
We provide fresh linens and towels. Rooms also have keys for maximum privacy. Keys to the room and the flat will be given upon your arrival, so please let us know about your arrival details and we will do our best to make your visit as comfortable as possible! We would also be happy to help you with recommendations about what to do, where to go and how to!

PS: The apartment is located on the fifth floor and there is no elevator. So sorry!
