Beşiktaş is a central, vibrant but not noisy neighborhood; 10-15 min walk from the central market and seaside, with a great selection of cafes, restaurants, bars, local shops. It is famous for its Fish Market during the day.
This is a 110m2, fully furnished and fully equipped flat on 2nd floor of a building. There are three bedrooms, one kitchen and one bathroom and living room.
One room belongs to landlord who is my family relatives Mrs Zeynep. Mrs Zeynep is an academician in Istanbul Technical University and she is using her room 2-3 days a week. Other room has rented by an erasmus student from Germany.
The living room, bathroom and kitchen are shared areas. You can chill out in the living room and have your breakfast and dinner there.
10 minutes walk leads you to the ferry ports, the bus stop and other major transportation vehicles. From the ferry ports, in 5 minutes, you can end up in the Asian part of Istanbul. With a bus, in 10 minutes you can find yourself in Taksim or in Levent (the business area of the city and the best shopping malls with lots of high street brands and movie theaters). Local supermarkets and the local bazaar (every Saturday! fresh fruits, vegetables and also clothing!) is just 15 minutes away.

This charming room contains functional furniture such as a very comfy double bed, a wardrobe with a hanger inside, a dresser, a study desk, a table lamp, a shelf, 4 chairs, a coffee table, a big book shelf.

Internet/wifi is available. All of the bills are included in the price (electricy/water/internet/gas).
