Only a short drive to Kadiköy, metrobus and the metro station, this neighborhood is easily accessible. From Kadıköy, it’s a 20-25 min ferry travel to the European side; Beşiktaş (to get to Taksim), Eminönü (for Grand Bazaar and the other historical peninsula attractions) or Kadıköy (for Galata tower and Galata bridge). With the metrobus, it’s even more convenient to get to the European side. Access to the business area of the city is very easy with metro connections to metrobus.
Kadıköy centrum is available by bus and minibus and there are many shopping options, bars, pubs, groceries and the fish market (every day).

This 110 m2 3 bedroom apartment is at the 3rd flor of a new building. All of the furniture is completely new and in excellent condition. There are two bedrooms and one dressing room. You can keep your suitcases here, dry your clothes, do your ironing etc. in this room.

There is limitless wifi, 24 hours hot water, cable TV, DVD player, A/C, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, stove and a 42” LED TV. Kitchen is fully equipped with every necessary detail for you to cook!

Washing machine is in the balcony of the other bedroom so please notice when you'll do your laundry!

The living room is very spacious. The couch is large enough for 3 people to relax and watch TV. There is a dining table which you can also use for your day work. Dining is also possible at the table in the balcony.

Everything is as you see in the pictures, tidy, new, clean and comfortable.

This bedroom has a sofa bed which converts very easily into a comfy bed. So you can enjoy both day and night in this spacious room. We also provide a dresser for you to put your stuff in.

The apartment is located on the third floor and there is no elevator.

All of the bills are included in the price (electricy/water/internet/gas/maintanance).
We provide fresh linens, duvet and towels. Rooms also have keys for maximum privacy.
