3 - New Perfect Room

PLEASE READ THIS LISTING BEFORE BOOKING   ROOM 1: This is the biggest and most preferred room in our entire apartment. It has brand new installed laminate wood floors and a brand new queen size bed with a therapeutic mattress. It is furnished with custom made cabinets inside for you to store any of your personal belongings and hooks on the door for you to hang your bags on. There is an iron and fan you can use plus fresh towels based on the amount of guest staying in the room. There is also a great selection of books inside this room if you are interested in reading any of them. All we ask is that you put them back after you are done reading. ROOM 2: This room has a few more amenities. It has a brand new queen size bed and mattress with headboard and matching dresser. Room also includes your own closet to put your things away with a shelf inside to store things as well. Although it does have a window, the window only has access to the enclosed back porch. Brand new furniture and laminate wood floors surround the room and were just installed, so you’ll be comfortable and ready to go for your stay here with us.

We also have a TV hung on the wall with access to Netflix and many other channels through our Roku. We provide you with a fresh new pair of slippers to use. There is also an iron and fan you can use to ventilate the room. Fresh towels based on the amount of guest staying in the room. Our listing is freshly painted and were just remodeled with hardwood laminate floors. It is professionally cleaned by services by Task Rabbit, so everything is always impeccably clean.  All we ask is that you take care of the place like it was your own.  We have central air for heating and ac. Pillows and comforters are brand new and sheets get changed every time a new guest arrives. You will get nothing but quality and excellent customer service.  We will be there every step of the way during your entire trip.
