Beautiful three story Victorian house built in 1885, in the heart of Ukrainian village/West town, one of the oldest neighborhoods in the great city of Chicago.
This is a popular and safe neighborhood, with alot of young people, as well as little church going ladies and street food carts, local businesses. You are seconds to Chicago avenue and CTA transportation that runs all the time to give you easy access to downtown in 15 minutes and anywhere else you want to go in the city.
Walk to small or larger grocery store, mexican, thai, pan-american, mexican-french restaurants, a great pie shop, mexican bakery, wonderful coffee and sandwich joints, boutique shopping and that's just Chicago Avenue. Walk four blocks and you're on lively Division Street and the list starts all over again!
The art filled apartment has been converted to an open loft with two comfortable, private + cozy bedrooms, one a double and one a single, each with dresser, clean bedding and soft lighting for reading.
The huge eat-in kitchen is equipped with cooking implements, and French pressed coffee and fruit juices in the morning, fruit, bagels and peanut butter + jam, and the open dining and living area has several large tables for work or dining.
The tiled bathroom has a shower + jacuzzi bath. There's a record player and a piano, WI-FI, and movies to watch via ROKU streaming NetFlix. Wi-Fi is fast and steady.
