The Space

Your vacation home is is a 1500 sq feet 3bd apartment located in one of the hottest neighborhoods in Chicago, just 5 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of River North, Gold Coast and the Loop.
The unit has all the amenities you will need for a weekend getaway or a longer stay. It features an upgraded kitchen with granite counters, stainless appliances, dishwasher, laundry in unit, flat screen TV, expanded cable (email hidden)e highlight is the monster deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee, a glass of wine before you head out, or have a great Chicago night staying in with friends and having a barbecue.
Your room is clean, bright and spacious. It features beautiful hardwood floors, a queen size bed with double pillow mattress, two night stands, a huge armchair and a large Chicago skyline picture.
The place has central air and heat so you'll be nice and cozy.

We absolutely love hosting so if you need answers or just want to talk, we always enjoy this part of the host experience. On the other hand, we try to give our quests as much space as we think they want or need.
The Neighborhood
As we mentioned before a 5 minute walk takes your to Wicker Park boutiques(Asrari Garden, Beta, Eskell, Habit, Hejfina, Kokorokoko, Noir, le Dress, Paper Doll, Penelope's, Pagoda Red, Nina, Psycho Baby,), art galleries, theaters, restaurants, summer patio's, nightclubs and coffeehouses (Ex. Carriage House, Bedford, Prasino, Anthem,Boundary, Jerry's, Fifty/50, Smoke Daddy's), Ugly Mug, Asiago). A 10-15 minute walk to Bucktown and 5 minutes to Chicago Avenue places.
Getting around
The location is ideal.!!Take TRAIN (Blue Line) from O'Hare to Division Street Blue Line and a 5 minute walk to our apartment. Same TRAIN (Blue line) takes you to the downtown area in not even 10 minutes. The Chicago Ave to catch the bus to Michigan Avenue area (10-15min)is also not far away. Best part is that is you get exhausted exploring the city you are only a $8-$12 cab ride back to our apartment because we are a few blocks from the expressway. There is also a Divvy bike rental kiosk ($7/day) a block away from the apartment for convenient access to all corners of the city. For our travelers with cars street parking is free right around the corner.
