Colonel Apartment Amsterdam

The Apartment is a contemporary one bedroom Amsterdam apartment that can sleep six guests located in the Central Canal Belt.

This apartment is bright and spacious, combining traditional features with elements of contemporary living. Situated over two floors, this apartment is sure to give you a uniquely Amsterdam experience.

The living space features high traditional vaulted ceilings and wooden floors. The space is furnished with a comfortable and large sofa, armchair, coffee table, television and dining table with seating for all guests. The living space opens onto the kitchen, which comes fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals in the apartment.

The second floor features the bedroom and the bathroom. The bedroom can be found in the loft area with traditional sloped walls and ceiling beams. Four single beds are situated across the room, proving plenty of sleeping space. The bathroom is modern and features a shower, sink and toilet.

This apartment is extremely well located, positioned within the Central Canal Belt and is ideal for groups of business travellers after stylish accommodation in the heart of Amsterdam.

Please note the following conditions:

-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euros, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.
-Early check in from 10am-15pm is 30 Euros. (Only in cases where there is no guests checking-out the same day).
-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euros. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).
-There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure. This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Also can be paid by credit card where we only make a retention. Cash refund is available under the condition of extra 30 euros payment at check in. Cash checkouts can not be done if the check out is on a Sunday.
