The houseboat is in the Channel District on the most famous one of the Amsterdam Canals: the Amstel. Here you’ll find lots of bars, restaurants, clubs and shopping streets. You are in the very centre and you can reach everything by foot. More central you will not find. Yet it is quiet, because the Amstel is very broad, so other boats will not go by to close. The houseboat has 2 entrances: through the wheelhouse and through the front of the boat. The wheelhouse has a splendid view on the Amstel: just open the 2 doors on the Amstel side and you can enjoy your morning coffee right here in the sun. Coming down a stair with a few steps, you enter the living area with open kitchen with gas stove, coffee maker and kitchen utensils. In the living room you will find a bedsofa which folds out in a double bed (140 x 200). There are 3 separate bedrooms: one on the other side of steer house, you enter via a second stair with a few steps. there is a double bed (160 x 200) and lots of pillows for lounging and relaxing. The 2nd bedroom is next to the livingroom, it has a single bed which can be extended to a double bed (140 x 200). The 3rd bedroom has a double bed (140 x 200) and a bedsofa (140 x 200). In this room you will also find a 2nd kitchen and a 2nd bathroom with shower and toilet. The main bathroom immediately brings you in an atmosphere of a Turkish bathhouse with the tadelact walls and round shapes, there is a bath and seperate rainshower. You can also enjoy the rooftop terrace where you can sit and watch the boats go by and have a first class view on the Amstel and the Skinny Bridge. Every window in the houseboat has an open view over the the river Amstel providing a comfortable spacious feeling.
