The boat is located on a road which leads to many villages in the area, it gives the relaxed feeling of a countryside location and yet in the city. By bike or by bus (32) you can be in the center of Amsterdam within 18 minutes. The city offers the perfect combination between historical buildings, cozy squares with bars and terraces, and the authentic luxurious feeling of the canals. World-class pieces of art are to be found in one of the many famous museums around the city. Besides the Anne Frank house and the Van Gogh museum, you can now visit the completely renovated and recently reopened Rijksmuseum. For entertainment, Amsterdam offers many squares with bustling bars, restaurants and clubs. Ideal if you want to come with a large group of 10-14 people to Amsterdam: you will have seven bedrooms for 2 persons and a large common room with large tables and a bench where you can sit easily with each other and eat together. There is a large living room with two tables with benches and a large sofa with a fireplace that you can use. There is also flat screen TV and wifi . The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator, large sink). There are seven bedrooms, three with double beds and 4 single beds which can either be pushed together or stand separately. All these rooms have their own theme, so there is the bamboo room, the nautical room, the Dutch room, the Rock & Roll room, movie room, meditation room and burlesque room. Choose yourself what suits you best! There are two bathrooms: one with a super luxurious double bath and three sinks and a second private bathroom with two showers, two toilets and a urinal. On top of the deck you can sit in the sun with stunning views over the water. There are plenty of chairs to sit. The boat is in front of a forest where you can walk and enjoy nature . On the other side of the forest is the ferry to Amsterdam Central Station. And, if you arrive by car, there is free parking at the door. This houseboat is a perfect base for a nice trip to Amsterdam.
