Rental Details

Modern, luxurious, spacious and bright are four words that would describe perfectly the Haarlemmerstraat Apartment. The living area of the apartment starts with a large dinner table and an open kitchen, fully equipped. The street side of the living room contains five comfortable sofas, which can be easily turned into extra beds when needed, and a flat screen TV. A wooden floor throughout the apartment gives an impression of wellness. On the same floor there is a separate toilet.
The second floor houses the splendor of the apartment: the bathroom. Completely in line with the name of the apartment, it breathes luxury. An enormous bathtub, enough room in the shower for two, two sinks and a toilet. Furthermore there are three bedrooms. The first one is a small room with a double bed, further one large room with a double bed, and one extra-large bedroom with four single beds. There is the possibility to wash and dry your clothes in the apartment. If you are staying in Amsterdam with friends or a large family, this is the perfect residence.

The apartment is located at a very central area only 5 minutes from Damrak street and less than 10 minutes walking distance from Amsterdam Centraal. Next to the apartment there is the Buiten Brouwersstraat bus stop with several connections. The apartment's area has several stores and amenities. In any case, being in the city center means that you can find whatever you want. The closest super market is less than 5 minutes walking distance while the area is full of bars, restaurants and coffee shops.

Please note the following conditions:

-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euros, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.
-Early check in from 10am-15pm is 30 Euros. (Only in cases where there is no guests checking-out the same day).
-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euros. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).
-There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure. This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Also can be paid by credit card where we only make a retention. Cash refund is available under the condition of extra 30 euros payment at check in. Cash checkouts can not be done if the check out is on a Sunday.
