Pálma Apartment - Green, Sunny

It is a newly renovated flat which is perfect for 4 people with separated rooms. The apartment is bright and spacious , every room has windows and shutters as well. There is a balkony where you can have your morning coffee or afternoon tea. :)

FREE PARKING in the street and also in the garden!

The apartment is WELL EQUIPPED with everything what you just need during your stay, like:
- liquid soap,
- hair dryer
- clean towels
- toilet papers
- guest slippers
- full kitchen equipment
- coffee, sugar, salt, spices, oil...etc.
- dish-washing liquid
- washing machine with detergent and softener
- iron
- bed sheets, (extra blankets and pillows if needed)
- free wi-fi spot
- TV
- and poker sett for the lazy evenings

IMPORTANT THINGS

1. The apartment is close to a big road, if you are a very bad sleeper or very sensitive for noise think it over to book. I used to live there for more than 4 years and never had problem with sleeping. I have comfy beds. :)

2. Only small shopes are close to the apartment. And there is a tobbacco shop (tobacco, alcohol and water), gas station and Mcdonalds.

3. It is not in the city center but you can be there in 15min by public transport (metro, 3 different troleys) or 30min by walk. Please consider that too.

THE BUILDING

The apartment is in a building with three flats. The parking is free in the street in front of the house or you can park your car in the garden!

CHECK IN - CHECK OUT

I really like the personal contact. I like to be there to welcome and also to say goodbye by myself. I am flexible and try to be there but I have a full-time job so sometimes my brother, or friends help me out. I appreciate flexibility too.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

From the apartment to the city center it takes around 15 minutes to get there.
1. Metro line 1 is 5-10min from the apartment.
2. Trolley Nr. 74 takes you to the center in 15min right to the Synagoge
3. Trolley Nr. 70 takes you the center in 10-15min (crosses the main circle road) and the end station is Kossuth tér, where you can see the Parliment
4. Trolley Nr. 72 takes you to the center in 15-20min, the ending station is Arany János utca where you can see the St. Stephen Basilica
5. Tram Nr. 1 can take you to Margaret Island or the Buda side

BY WALK

1. You can walk to the center through Andrássy avenue in 30-40min. It is a nice walk many of the guests take it,
2. By walk you can reach the Széchenyi thermal bath in 10min,
3. The Zoo is 10-15min away,
4. The Vajda Hunyad Castle is just 5min,
5. To the Heroe's square it takes 10-15min
6. Dürer kert is 10min away where you can enjoy concerts and have drinks

AIRPORT - BUS -TRAIN stations

- LISZT FERENC AIRPORT is 1,5 hours far from the apartment by public transport. I can send you the detailed directions how to get to my apartment. By taxi it is about an hour.
- NÉPLIGET BUS station is about 20min from the apartment and you don't have to change lines. Tram Nr. 1 takes you there.
- KELETI RAILWAY Station is about 30min from the apartment.

RECYCLE! :)
Hungary is just trying to grow up to be more environmental, and for that there are extra containers in the house for RECYCLING plastic+metal (yellow), and paper (blue) waste, so please try to collect your waste selectively too.

SMOKING
On the balcony, in front of the apartment's window there is a small table with chairs, there you can smoke, in the apartment it is not allowed.

PETS
If you want to have your pet with, it is allowed to stay in our apartment with you. Average cost is 4 EUR/night (depends on the size of your pet). Write me about that!

STORY

I lived here for more than 4 years. I like that the City park is just 1 min walk from the apartment. The City Park (Városliget) is one of the largest green areas comprised of a lake and is located behind Heroes’ square. This vast green stretch isn’t just home to hundred year old trees and beautiful pathways but it is saturated with attractions that can be enjoyed by all, whether you’re old, young, single or have children. :)
