The location is perfect. You are going to have anything you need within an arm´s reach. Regular and non-stop supermarkets, ATMs, currency exchange offices, restaurants, bars and pubs, bakeries.

Getting around

The 3 metro lines of Budapest meet at Deak ter (1 minute walk). Among these, the metro line 1, which is the oldest metro of Continental Europe. It takes you to the Heroes Square and the Széchenyi thermal baths and is pretty fast for its age: 116 years!!
The tram 47 and 49, bus 9 stop in front of the house.
Cabs fly by every 10 seconds.

From Airport:
The easiest way is by bus 200E it starts near the exit of the Terminal and leaves every 5-8 minutes) to Kőbánya Kispest Metro Station.
It is 8 stops from the Airport.
1. It's possible to buy single tickets for bus 200E from the driver.
2. One ticket costs 400Huf(if you buy it from the driver, otherwise it's 350) so you will probably need some Hungarian Forints. Maybe he accepts Eur also, but Forint is the best.
3. There is an exchange office at the airport.
Always check the exchange rate before you would change too much Euro to Forint, because the rate can be low at some places I think especially at the airport!
Most of the exchange offices does not accept coins, or give much less for them, so better keep them.
4. One single ticket is for one ride until you get off the vehicle no matter how many stops you go.
Upon arriving to Kőbánya-Kispest Metro Station, there is a sign on the wall showing the way to Metro 3 right as the bus stops and probably more people will get off with you, so you will not miss it.
This is the only place where you should buy ticket from them. Otherwise you must buy tickets at cashiers at the Metro Stations, before you start your travels.

From Népliget Bus Station:
There is Metro 3 at Népliget right under the bus station. By Metro 3 (the blue one) in the direction of "Újpest-Központ" (because there are two ways, you shall take the one that points to Újpest-Központ, the other direction is Kőbánya-Kispest, don't go that way!) come 6 stops and get off at "Deák Ferenc Square".

From Keleti Railway Station:
The best way to come is by Metro 2 (the red one), which is right under the Station. Go underground and take the metro in the direction of "Déli-Pályaudvar". Don't go the other way, "Örs Vezér tere"! From Keleti come to "Deák Ferenc Square" which is the 3rd stop from there.

House Rules

Smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment.
The check-in and the check-out time is very flexible. It only depends on the leavings and arrivals of the previous and next guests.
We can give you the keys even midnight or early morning and we do not charge extra money for it!
Loud music and a party is not allowed after 22.00h.
The capacity of the apartment is maximum 2 persons to sleep. Extra persons, friends and guest certainly are welcome but only for visit not to sleep.
The use of air conditioning 900 HUF (3 euro) per day.
