Flower Apartment - Central, Silent

Best location, very silent! Renovated apartment and building with elevator and the flat is on the 4th floor. Sunny all day.

This newly renovated apartment is 44 m2 with high ceilings and huge windows, flooded with light. It is suitable for 4 people.

The apartment is WELL EQUIPPED with everything what you just need during your stay, like:
- liquid soap,
- hair dryer
- clean towels
- toilet papers
- full kitchen equipment (microwave, oven, toaster, waterboiler etc.)
- coffee, sugar, salt, spices, oil...etc.
- washing machine with detergent and softener
- iron
- bed sheets, (extra blankets and pillows if needed)

THE BUILDING

The building was buile more than a hundred years ago but it is all renovated from the outside till the inside.

There is an elevator which was modernised this year.

CHECK IN - CHECK OUT

I really like the personal contact. I like to be there to welcome and also to say goodbye by myself. I am flexible and try to be there but I have a full-time job so sometimes my brother, or friends help me out. I appreciate flexibility too.

I kindly welcome everyone who wants to enjoy a nice time in the heart of Budapest.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

The apartment is in the absolute centrum! Three metro lines from the four are just 5 min walk.

1. Metro line 1 is (yellow metro) the second oldest in Europe ;) 7min walk
2. Metro line 2 (red metro) 5min walk
3. Metro line 3 (blue metro) 3min walk
4. Tram Nr. 2 goes next to the river Duna - it is worth to go and sightsee 5min walk
5. Trolley Nr. 70 is 6-7 min walk
6. Trolley Nr. 72, 73 is just 4 min walk

BY WALK

1. You can walk to almost everywhere, many of my previous guests just walked everywhere.

BY BYCICLE

The "Bubi" (new bycicle rental system) is just 5min walk. I have detailed informations in the apartment.

AIRPORT - BUS - TRAIN stations

- LISZT FERENC AIRPORT is 1 hour far from the apartment by public transport. I can send you the detailed directions how to get to my apartment. By taxi it is between 40-50min (depending on the traffic).
- NÉPLIGET BUS station is about 20min from the apartment and you don't have to change lines. Metro line 3 takes you there.
- KELETI RAILWAY Station is about 15min from the apartment. And you just have to take Metro line 2 and no changing lines.
- NYUGATI RAILWAY Station is about 10min walk from the apartment or one metro stop with Metro line 3.

PARKING

Parking is possible in nearby a parking garage (for cost). The street parking is free from the evening 08.00 pm till 08:00 am in the morning.

STORY

I really love this district. Belvaros, District V, the “inner city” of Budapest, is the where most of the action is to be found. This is the place where many travellers will enjoy the historic buildings and shopping for items to take home to friends and family. The main street for strolling and shopping is Vaci utca, but little shops and hidden boutiques are to be found everywhere in this district.

The St. Stephen's Basilica is just a few minutes by walk. Crossing the Freedom square (park) you can see the Hungarian Parliament Building, from there just few minutes on the riverside and you can reach the oldest bridge in Budapest the Chainbridge.

You will find many stores nearby and 24 hours open stores are very popular there.

There are many different types of restaurants, cafees, pubs and ruin pubs to discover the local habits.

NEIGHBOURS
This is a quiet building so please don't party in the apartment. Please respect the old people and be nice.

RECYCLE! :)
Hungary is just trying to grow up to be more environmental, and for that there are extra containers in the house for RECYCLING plastic+metal (yellow), and paper (blue) waste, so please try to collect your waste selectively too.

SMOKING
In the apartment it is not allowed you can go and smoke next to the window where you can find an ashtray.

PETS
If you want to have your pet with, it is allowed to stay in our apartment with you. Average cost is 4 EUR/night (depends on the size of your pet). Write me about that!
