This stylish duplex apartment with Wi-Fi & flat-screen TV is centrally located in a beautiful building with a communal courtyard.
You can walk to most major attractions, but there is also a 24 hour tram/street car stop 5 minutes from the building.

Guest Access

You will enjoy complete privacy in this stylish apartment. A living space with 3.7meter/12 foot high ceilings and a decorative wooden mezzanine platform with a double mattress. The bedroom area under the mezzanine includes a king size bed measuring 200X180 cm and a wardrobe. In the living room area there is a comfortable sofa, a wall-mounted TV, a ventilator for your comfort, an elegant glass table for 6 where you can eat, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom.
I keep a variety of regular and herbal teas and coffee, along with sugar & sweetener. There is a grocery store (Spar) located within a five minute walk from the apartment. If you would like to cook, feel free to use any of the kitchen amenities (microwave, toaster, Hauser esspresso machine, electric kettle and fridge).
Fresh towels and linens will be provided as well as soap, shampoo, hair dryer and iron.
You can also access the laundry facilities and wifi/internet at your convenience.

There is also parking in the street, for which the price is 10 euros for the day (24 hours), free after 6PM and weekends.

The Neighbourhood

My home is centrally located in the heart of Budapest. You can see, within a 5-10 minute walk, the Tower of New York Palace, House of Terror, Hunyadi Market Hall (a huge food market, where you can find every spice imaginable) and Szimpla Sunday Farmers' Market, which is absolutely worth visiting during the day for the fresh produce, and at night it turns into an outdoor bar with DJs, and live bands. If you want to have a good time, then go and play with your friends at Claustrophilia or ExitPoint, both places are a very short walking distance from the building. There is also a wonderful pizzeria next to the entrance of the building, just in case you want to grab a bite on your way out or in.

Getting Around

You can walk to most major attractions, but there is also a 24 hour tram/street car stop 5 minutes from the building, if you prefer to use public transit.
Bus every 5-7 minutes, bus-stop 100 meters from the apartment.
Tram every 5-10 minutes to Margaret Island.

Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance, because we need to bring the keys for you!
