Tori Fantastic Apartment

The Space My apartment, high above South Yarra with stunning views, is a fantastic place to stay. The apartment is modern open-plan with a bedroom that features an incredible queen-size bed and great views, a gorgeous lounge area with flat screen TV and DVD player and iPod dock, a kitchen with modern appliances, plus a balcony with exceptional views. I have WiFi for you to use. The building also includes some great amenities to take advantage of including indoor heated lap pool, gymnasium, sauna, steam room and a beautiful rooftop entertainment area. Interaction With Guests This is your own private apartment. Guest Access Upon arrival, I will be there to meet you, let you in and give you the keys - then it's all yours to enjoy. If you have any questions during your stay you are welcome to call us anytime. The Neighbourhood Walk down onto the street and you'll be on Toorak Road; home to high-end eateries, bars, stores, restaurants and boutiques. Take a 15 minute walk through the leafy neighbourhood and you will find yourself at the Botanical Gardens, plus major sporting and entertainment venues such as the MCG, AAMI Park and Rod Laver Arena - home of the Australian Open. The famous shopping precinct of Chapel Street with every fashion outlet imaginable is also just around the corner. Getting Around South Yarra train station is only a minutes walk away and the trams of Toorak Road and Chapel Street are also very close by. House Rules - Please leave the apartment as you found it.  - No smoking.  - Pets are not allowed.  - No parties. You can have friends over, but please save your energy for your night out.  - When checking out, please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy manner. You don’t need to mop and vacuum but please remember this is someone’s home and to put things back where you found them.  - Keep noise down after 9pm and be respectful of our neighbours.  - If there is a medical emergency, fire or matters requiring police assistance, please contact 000 and consult the fire safety manual. For other matters, phone us.  - It is your responsibility to lock the apartment when you are not inside and to turn off the fans, lights, heaters and TV. Plus, saving the environment makes you cool.  - We do not accept responsibility for loss of property. If you realise you have left something in the apartment after check-out please phone us and we can arrange to have it returned to you. If you don’t we may auction it and donate the proceeds to hoverboard research and development.  - Have a rad time.
