This is a King room with en suite in a high rise apartment overlooking the Flagstaff gardens in the centre of Melbourne. The room is fully equipped with it's own TV, quality linen and towels and probably the most comfortable bed you'll ever sleep in.

Our apartment is located on the upper floors of a tower overlooking the Flagstaff gardens.

We have 2 rooms available in the apartment. Both rooms have an en suite bathroom. This room has a King bed.

The room has an LED TV with internet access on the tv. Free wifi is also available for all your devices.

We offer a hearty breakfast which features real espresso coffee. Double espresso, latte, cappuccino, macchiato or maybe a cup of tea.

The complex includes a gym which you are welcome to use.

The room has possibly the most comfortable King bed you'll ever sleep in.

We are Melbourne locals who know their city inside out and are always happy to chat to guests about Melbourne.

Kitchen facilities are not available however tea, coffee, water, fridge and microwave are always available for your use.

Our apartment is located seconds from the entrance of Flagstaff underground train station. It is walking distance from Southern Cross station which is the city bus terminal and the Melbourne Airport bus terminus.

We have a cat who lives with us and she is very social.

Access
Access to the apartment is via secure card access. You will have your own door key to come and go as you please.

Interation with Guests:
We live in the apartment and are in and out doing our thing. Ken is a keen cook. The apartment has a full length balcony overlooking Flagstaff gardens. Join us on the balcony for a drink (of whatever takes your fancy). We're happy to engage as much as you want. If you want to do your own thing, sit and chat or ask questions about Melbourne we're fine with it all.

About our Location:
Where do you start? Located right in the centre of the city there's everything on your doorstep. The Queen Victoria Market is a short 5 minute walk. Sporting venues such as Etihad Stadium, the MCG (AFL football, cricket), AAMI Park (soccer, rugby) and Melbourne Park / Rod Laver Arena (Tennis, concerts etc) are within walking distance or catch a tram.

There is an endless array of eateries in Melbourne. The same goes for bars. Explore one of the many lane ways and just open the concealed door to find the hidden gems.

Melbourne is a shoppers paradise. Whether you want designer boutiques in the Paris end of town, outlet stores at harbourtown or South wharf or the Melbourne institutions, Myer and David Jones, you'll find it all within walking distance.

Getting Around:
Being right in the centre of Melbourne there is an abundance of public transport. We are seconds from Flagstaff train station, which is one of the Melbourne city loop underground stations. We are also walking distance from Southern Cross station which is the terminus for the Melbourne Airport bus (as well as the main bus terminal and city train station).

Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to an absolute minimum when leaving or arriving at the apartment.
