We are currently looking for someone to occupy our designer workmans cottage. On offer is a 1 bedrom plus study house which has a modern kitching including euro appliances, builtin bbq in the courtyard and bathroom with shower over bath. There is the option to conver the study into a bedroom.

The house is fully furnished including TV, fridge, washer and dryer, bed and desk/chair in the study. The study could be converted into a young childs room or alternatively as a second bedroom.

We are looking for either a couple or 2 professionals to occup they space. Given the size of the house, it is only really suited for 2/3 people living in it at any one time.

You will enjoy the best cafes, bars and restaurants literally meters from the front door step. Enjoy innercity living at its best and enjoy Melbourne and Richmond in this perfect spot! The house has immediate access to public transport with the tram stop and East Richmond train station only a short walk from the property.

The house is pet friendly subject to your pet being house trained and not to big!
