This fully renovated 2 bedroom apartment was originally a gracious Victorian-era mansion. The apartment features a spacious living/dining space with open fireplace, a bathroom with large spa bath and European laundry with a separate washer/dryer, charming bedroom with fireplace, and a second mezzanine-level bedroom with built in robes. The apartment comfortably fits four adults, and a separate trundle bed can be set up for a fifth guest upon request. We also have a portable cot/bassinet and high chair available for hire for an additional $20 for the entirety of your stay. There is a private courtyard with BBQ facilities for you to relax in outside. The location is literally in the heart of St Kilda, with Acland St and Fitzroy St both a minute's walk away. The mansion is at the end of a quiet no-through road, guaranteeing a peaceful night's sleep. All facilities are included that you would expect of a boutique hotel -- without the boutique hotel prices! We include fresh, hotel-quality bed linens and towels and a selection of guest soaps, shampoos, and body gels, as well as the all-important hairdryer. There is free unlimited Wi Fi and free unlimited national and international phone calls. There is also a large flat screen television with internet capabilities. Help yourself to any of our DVDs, books and magazines during your stay. Basic food supplies are included during your stay, including milk, tea, coffee, milo and a range of spreads. We also stock the kitchen and pantry with various pantry staples and supplies that you might need to cook up a storm. A parking permit is included with your stay and there are residents-only car spaces directly in front of the apartment. A professional cleaner will visit the apartment before and after your stay, so you can rest assured the apartment is clean, tidy and in immaculate condition.
