Note, there are knobs missing on the oven which we are in the process of rectifying, but don’t expect a solution until April 2011. The oven works perfectly though – you just have to swap the knobs. Internet is available at $7 per day by mobile broadband dongle (NB: this is not WiFi). Situated in probably the best location in Melbourne just 50m from vibrant Acland St and the St Kilda Botanical Gardens and 500m from the St Kilda foreshore. The position of this St Kilda apartment alone makes it one of the finest short stay rental options in the Melbourne bayside area. Note, there is no off-street parking, and we are not able to obtain a parking permit. However, there is ample unrestricted parking in the surrounding streets. Melbourne hosts some of its most exquisite cake shops and cafes on Acland St. In fact this area in St Kilda has become home to some of Melbournes best loved restaurants and bars attracting locals and travellers alike.
