Everything you need for a comfortable stay on the top edge of the City grid, less than a few hundred metres to the centre of town. Stay warm in winter and cool in summer with a powerful split system. The kitchen is fully decked out and the bathroom includes a small washing machine too. Unlimited wifi allows you to get work done or stream content and relax on the 3 seater couch which folds out easily into another bed if you don't feel like sharing with a friend in either of the two bedrooms. It's compact but with enough space to fit a range of travellers from small families to friends travelling together. A porta-cot and high chair can be arranged, just let us know when you book. GETTING AROUND Trams are at your doorstep, or if you're driving in, a private underground car space is available too. HOUSE RULES - Please leave the apartment as you found it. - No smoking inside the apartment. (if smoking on the balcony, only with the doors closed and do not dispose of butts over the balcony, fines of over $500 apply from building management) - Pets are not allowed. - No parties. You can have friends over, but please save your energy for your night out. - When checking out, please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy manner. You don’t need to mop and vacuum but please remember this is someone’s home and to put things back where you found them. - Keep noise down after 9pm and be respectful of our neighbours. - If there is a medical emergency, fire or matters requiring police assistance, please contact 000 and consult the fire safety manual. For other matters, phone us. - It is your responsibility to lock the apartment when you are not inside and to turn off the fans, lights, heaters and TV. Plus, saving the environment makes you cool. - I do not accept responsibility for loss of property.
