The spacious living room has fireplace, built-in bar, sleeper sofa and the room opens up to the kitchen and view porch. The view porch has a futon facing the Bay and dining room table for view dining. Full kitchen with large refrigerator; granite counters, electric stove and counter dining. Dining table and chairs in the living room and also in the porch area. Large bedroom with queen bed, desk, plentiful storage and closet space and full bathroom with shower. Additional full bathroom off of the living room with shower over tub. There is wifi and cable tv and community garden next door. Property located between Noe Valley and the Castro neighborhood; bus stops one block away; 10 minute walk to Castro and Market. No pets. No smoking. ONE MONTH MINIMUM

FEE NOTES:

The $39.00 Security Damage Insurance (CSA) fee is non-refundable and used to purchase a damage insurance policy with a maximum claim of $3000.00. In lieu of purchasing the security damage insurance, the guest has the option to pay a $3000 refundable security deposit.

Cleaning fee listed is for end of stay cleaning. Stays 30 nights or longer may be subject to a higher cleaning fee in lieu of fee stated.

Interim cleanings can be arranged for an addtional $125 per cleaning (1-2 interim cleanings per month required for stays over 45 nights).

Additional fees such as processing, pet fee, early arrival, late departure may apply.

RENTAL TERMS:

To complete your reservation once confirmed through Roomorama: you will receive a DocuSign link to a secure online rental agreement that must be SIGNED and returned along with a scan of your driver’s license or passport and credit card.

ONLY upon receipt of the SIGNED documents; photo ID and credit card; and payment of CSA fee and/or deposit do we release the entry code and instructions.
