Everything is in walking distance (5-10 minutes) e.g. UCSF, Gloden Gate Park and bike rental shop, 9 restaurants, Walgreens, McDonalds, 2 Organic and 3 regular food stores. Surrounded by sunny view and good transportation. Ideal hotel room apartment and good transportation location for someone who is rotation, job relocate, SF resident, hospital job, new to city and settle down to become SF resident , project and settle down. Please no pet, no smoke, no heavy drink, no tourist or transient & no party. Large room/sink (220 square feet). $550 single person per week.  Additional bed $9 per night. Very comfortable hotel room with sink (apartment style - share large eat in kitchen/4 daily clean self lock bathrooms). Very quiet house under good management. Washer and Dryer (coins insert machine). Refrigerator and microwave are provided. Large clean kitchen for cooking (with stove). Eat in large sunny kitchen area (table and sofa). Comfortable sunny sitting room. Housekeeper (common areas). Nice location and neighborhood.  Monthly Security deposit medium room starting- $1000. Single person only(Monthly).
