Located in the inner Mission near Bryant Street and Potrero Avenue, “Mission Secret” is a cozy little rear garden studio. This small light filled studio has a sliding glass door opening to a side patio and yard. Hardwood floors, new full size bed, new shower, new appliances in the efficiency kitchen include microwave and single induction burner, and large antique table for dining and work, complete this charming bungalow. There is a spacious yard that is shared with the owners who live in the house above. Just minutes walk to some of the best restaurants, cafe's and taquerias in San Francisco! This sweet unit is accessed through a side door within the main house, and then through the garage. Best suited for one person but couples considered.

Unit is located below the main house kitchen and noise may be heard in the morning and evening. No smoking. No pets. No unauthorized guests. 30 night minimum stay. 

I represent multiple properties, if your dates are not available at this property I’ll gladly check for an alternative at another location.

FEE NOTES:

The $39.00 Security Damage Insurance (CSA) fee is non-refundable and used to purchase a damage insurance policy with a maximum claim of $3000.00. In lieu of purchasing the security damage insurance, the guest has the option to pay a $3000 refundable security deposit.

Cleaning fee listed is for end of stay cleaning. Stays 30 nights or longer may be subject to a higher cleaning fee in lieu of fee stated.

Interim cleanings can be arranged for an addtional $125 per cleaning (1-2 interim cleanings per month required for stays over 45 nights).

$100 water and $100 utility allowance included. Guests are responsible for overage.

Additional fees such as processing, pet fee, early arrival, late departure may apply.

RENTAL TERMS:

To complete your reservation once confirmed through Roomorama: you will receive a DocuSign link to a secure online rental agreement that must be SIGNED and returned along with a scan of your driver’s license or passport and credit card.

ONLY upon receipt of the SIGNED documents; photo ID and credit card; and payment of CSA fee and/or deposit do we release the entry code and instructions.
