Our newly remodeled (May '08) Pierce Place house is conveniently located in the Northern end of the historic Fillmore District. Travel south along Fillmore Street and within 10 minutes you will enjoy the remnants of the Jazz era complete with nightclubs, theaters, and restaurants. In the mood for Sushi, within the same time you can tour the Japan town District located within 5 easy city blocks. In the mood for fine dining? Travel north along Fillmore to Pacific Heights, Cow Hollow, all within the ever popular and historic Marina District.
The Pierce Place home is newly carpeted with hardwood kitchen floors. A medium sized kitchen will suit all your cooking and hosting needs and is fully equipped with all necessary and basic utensils and appliances. The Queen bed and full sofa-bed will provide relaxing accommodations for 4 guests. If available, you can combine this house with the lower unit and double your occupancy to 8.
Interested in venturing out around the neighborhood? Be sure to visit Alta Plaza Park just 2 blocks away. With it's sprawling views of the bay and city skyline, as well as a fully equipped playground, it's no wonder this park is a popular hangout for young parents and their children. Equally attractive to pet owners: The first Sunday of every month is informally known as "Pug Day." Weather permitting, up to 50 pooches and their owners congregate at the north end of this off-leash park during the afternoon for a giant play date.
Smoking Policy
All vacation rentals are non-smoking; including decks, patios, and pool side locations. Evidence of guests smoking may result in additional cleaning fees.
Upon entering the unit you will find a gracious living room with a complete entertainment area and plasma television. The dining area is located next to the living room and boasts the same fantastic views of the San Francisco Bay and waterfront. The modern kitchen is fully equipped to service up to eight people. There is a very comfortable solarium that opens onto the large terrace. On the terrace you will find a gas grill and furniture to facilitate dining outside. Light pervades all of these public areas.
The master bedroom is elegantly appointed and has a separate seating area. It includes a private and spacious bathroom with a view towards the South Bay. The second bedroom has two single beds that can be turned into a King. The second bedroom also has a full bathroom. The property can sleep four comfortably

Personal Conduct Policy
To preserve the quality of atmosphere for our neighbors we ask the each guest exercise fair judgment and monitor their noise levels. Parties or social functions with multiple or loud guests may result in immediate eviction. Please observe our daily quiet time from 9PM - 8AM.
Damage Policy
Any and all damage, item removal, or loss of value of any and all amenities, furnishings, or physical structure, will be the full responsibility of the credit card bearer. We reserve the right to reimburse any costs associated with repairs, replacements, or loss due to the negligent conduct of guests. This includes the misuse of items resulting in their repair or replacement. Please review the house guide for complete instructions of intended use.
Cancellation Policy
Confirmed reservations canceled 8 days or more, prior to arrival date, are subject to $100 processing fee.
Confirmed reservations canceled 7 days or less, prior to arrival date, are subject to full rental charge; unless the unit can be re-rented.
San Francisco Hotel Tax
All rates are subject to a City Hotel Tax of 14%. This tax is NOT applied to reservations over 29 days

Cleaning Fees, Excessive Use
There are NO additional charges associated with reservations that are 13 or less days. The cleaning fee has been applied to your nightly rate. Guests staying more than 14 days are subject to a $65 per week cleaning fee. This service includes fresh towels, linen, soaps, and papers.
