Beautifully restored inlaid wood floors, fantastic views of the ocean, spacious deck with ocean views, fireplace, enclosed patio dining room and other 1932 period features really make this property one of a kind.

Kitchen has the original maroon tile and is long and spacious with plenty of cabinets, new refrigerator, separate stove and oven, tile floors and lots of light from windows and dining patio. Bathrooms maintain their original 1932 character with original purple and green tile. The toilet is separate from the rest of the bathroom and has its own entrance. The bathroom has a tub and a shower.

There is one bedroom with a queen bed and another bedroom with 2 twin beds. Off the kitchen and leading to the deck is an additional room which can be used as a bedroom or den and will be furnished with a futon couch and desk.

Rental comes with WiFi, Cable TV, $100 allowance for Heat and Electricity and $100 allowance for water; stays over 45 nights will incur an additional $125 monthly for housekeeping services. 

Walk to N Judah, 19th Avenue bus and Taraval Bus lines.

Owner lives in a studio below the main house.  30 night minimum. 4 Person Maximum. No smoking on property. No pets.

FEE NOTES:
The $39.00 Security Damage Insurance (CSA) fee is non-refundable and used to purchase a damage insurance policy with a maximum claim of $3000.00. In lieu of purchasing the security damage insurance, the guest has the option to pay a $3000 refundable security deposit.
Cleaning fee listed is for end of stay cleaning. Stays 30 nights or longer may be subject to a higher cleaning fee in lieu of fee stated.

Interim cleanings can be arranged for an addtional $125 per cleaning (1-2 interim cleanings per month required for stays over 45 nights).

Additional fees such as processing, pet fee, early arrival, late departure may apply.

RENTAL TERMS:
To complete your reservation once confirmed through Roomorama: you will receive a DocuSign link to a secure online rental agreement that must be SIGNED and returned along with a scan of your driver’s license or passport and credit card.

ONLY upon receipt of the SIGNED documents; photo ID and credit card; and payment of CSA fee and/or deposit do we release the entry code and instructions.
