Rental Details
A one bedroom ground floor flat with stylish interiors and a great garden with decking. Sleeps 1-4 Located in Shoreditch (zone 1) 10 minutes away from the City/Financial District and Liverpool St. There are excellent transport connections. Close to Old St Underground and 24hr bus links for easy access to Central London.
Shoreditch is a hip and culturally diverse area of London, the apartment is moments away from the bars, clubs, restaurants, musea, and galleries of the local area. The fantastic markets of Columbia Road, Brick Lane and Spitalfields are all within walking distance.
The apartment offers wireless internet, cable TV, DVD, music system, double sofa bed, washing machine and tumble dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. All towels and linen provided, telephone with a private number (free national and local calls).
We normally have a minimum 3 night rental, but we can sometimes accommodate shorter visits if our bookings' schedule allows.
A welcome folder is found in all of the apartments with information and help on using the apartment and about the local area. We supply toilet paper, cleaning products and washing powder. Television and broadband internet access are available. Please note we can not guarantee uninterrupted internet service due to unforeseen circumstances.
Iron & ironing board, washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with pots and pans, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, oven or gas cooker, crockery, cutlery, electric kettle and toaster, bed linen and towels. We are happy to supply baby cots and high-chairs if required.
Check out time 11am, Check in time 2pm. Outside these hours may be possible and this needs to be arranged in advance. A late check in fee of £40 is payable for arrivals after 10pm.
Cancellation fees are liable if notice is given within: 21 days of arrival - 25% of rent due 7 days of arrival - 50% of rent due
